Terms
Draft for lawyer review. Written in plain words on purpose.
Free to play
Fantasy Funday is free. There are no entry fees, no cash prizes and no paid contests. Pools and leagues are for fun and bragging rights, and points like bid points are never money.
Who can join
You need to be old enough to join, and you need to tell the truth about your birthday. One person, one account.
Be kind
No bullying, hate, spam or scams. Don't post other people's private information. Don't promote paid leagues or money prizes. We can hide or remove posts and close accounts that break these rules.
Your posts
What you post is yours, but you let us show it in the app to the people you post it to. Please only post things you have the right to share.
Our stuff
The Fantasy Funday name, crest and stickers belong to Fantasy Funday. Please don't copy them. Player names and stats are used for fantasy play only.
Not official
Fantasy Funday is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA or any team. Scores and news in this practice version are made up.
As is
We work hard, but the app may have mistakes or go down. We can't promise it will always work. A lawyer will make this section precise before launch.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before important changes begin.
