Draft for lawyer review. Written in plain words on purpose.
This sign-up page
To reserve your spot we ask your first name, your email, the sports you want and your birthday. Your email is used to sign you in and to tell you when sign-ups open.
We check your birthday to make sure you're old enough, and we don't keep it.
Sign-in runs through a trusted sign-in service (Supabase Auth). We never see or store a password.
What we plan to collect
Only what the app needs: how you sign in (Apple, Google or email through a trusted sign-in service), your handle, the leagues and pools you join, your picks, and what you post.
We ask your birthday to check you are old enough. We check it and do not keep it.
What we won't do
We won't sell your information. We won't store your password ourselves. We won't scrape other websites. We don't use player photos or team logos.
Age
Fantasy Funday is not for young children. If we learn someone joined who isn't old enough, we will close the account.
Posts, reports and blocking
Anything you post can be seen by the people you post it to. Anyone can report a post, a reply or a name, and block or hide people. The Fantasy Funday team and a league's commissioner can remove messages.
Your choices
You can see your data, ask us to delete your account, change who sees your posts, and choose whether you are featured in Fantasy Funday Picks (the default is that we ask you first).
Changes
If this changes in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect.
